How the ebook reaches you

What you are buying

One digital file — a 26-page PDF in english (First edition, October 2026). The worksheets inside are printable; they are not interactive form fields. No physical book is printed or shipped. The free 4-page preview PDF is available before you buy, so you can see the layout and tone first.

How delivery works

1. 1. You open an order. The site creates your LX ebook order number (for example LXE-20261020-001) before any payment is taken.
2. 2. You pay on Stripe. Checkout happens on Stripe's secure page; this site never sees or stores card details. Enter your order number in Stripe's order reference field so the payment can be matched to your order.
3. 3. LXVentures marks the order paid. Each payment is marked paid by hand after it is checked in Stripe — usually within minutes during business hours, otherwise within one business day. Your order page checks automatically, so it unlocks your download as soon as that happens. Nothing on this site claims your payment was received before then.
4. 4. You download. Once confirmed, your order page shows a secure download link, and a receipt with the same access instructions is sent from our business inbox to the email address on your order.

If your download link expires

Download links are short-lived on purpose (30 minutes) and are issued for one order only. Expired links are normal, not a problem: open the order page and click “Check payment status”, which issues a fresh link for any order we have confirmed as paid.

If something goes wrong

Email us at LXVentures33@gmail.com (or WhatsApp (862) 276-0007) with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We check the order against the payment, and:

• Paid but no access? We restore it at no charge — a fresh download link, or the file sent directly to your email address.
• Charged twice, or charged for an order you did not open? We verify the Stripe payments against the order records and refund the duplicate or unmatched charge.
• Bought by mistake, before downloading? Tell us and we will review it with you. We do not hide behind a blanket “no refunds” line on a digital file, and nothing here removes any right you have under the law that applies to you.
• The file will not open? Tell us what device and app you are using; if we cannot get it working we will refund the order.

We answer support messages by hand — there is no automated ticketing system behind this page — and we aim to reply within two business days.

What this product is not

The ebook is general education. It is not a parcel assessment, an appraisal, or legal, tax, surveying, engineering or investment advice, and no consultation or property report is included. A research report for a specific property is a separate, separately priced service.
