What we collect, form by form

We only store what a person types into a form and submits. Nothing is collected by browsing, and no form submits itself.

• Free flood-zone check (/check): your email, an optional name, the property address you checked, the public flood-zone result you were shown, and the channel you arrived from. Stored only if you tick the consent box to receive the free one-page version and checklist.
• Property research request and contact form (/property-intelligence, /contact): your name and email, an optional phone number, an optional county, an optional listing link, whether you are an investor, realtor, developer, owner or just researching, any report tier you picked, and your questions.
• Home Intelligence Check order form (/homeowners): your name, email, optional phone, the Texas property address, whether you are an owner or buyer, your primary concern, how you intend to use the report, any document you choose to upload, and your consent. Your order is given a reference number (LXH-…).
• Professional support inquiry (/professional-support): your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp, your current country, the state or city you are targeting, property type, an approximate budget in your own words, your timeline, the professional categories you ticked, and an optional message.
• Professional network application (/professional-support): your name, company, professional category, service areas, business email, optional website, optional licence or credential details, and optional note about your experience with international buyers.
• Page counts: the site keeps a first-party count of page views — no cookies, no advertising or analytics third parties, no cross-site tracking, and no attempt to identify a person from it.

Each of those forms sends its consent wording together with the record, so what you agreed to is kept exactly as it appeared on screen.

Why we keep it

• To reply to your inquiry or application, and to do the research or produce the report you asked for.
• To keep evidence of the consent you gave, including the version of the wording you saw and the date.
• To keep an accurate record of orders so a paid report can be delivered and reconciled.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run advertising or profiling trackers on this site.

Who can see it

The LXVentures team, and no one else. Records are stored on LXVentures' own server, in files this website writes; they are not placed in a third-party marketing database. If you send an inquiry about professional support, we do not pass your details to any professional without telling you first.

Payments

Reports and checks are bought through Stripe payment links. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own systems — this site never sees or stores your card number or bank details, and there is no card field anywhere on it. What we hold is the fact that an order was placed, the reference number and the property the report is about.

How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted

We keep an inquiry, application or order record while it is relevant to the request you made and to our own records of it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do it: reply to any message from us, or write to lx-property-intelligence-41bb1c9f@ctomail.io (or LXVentures33@gmail.com) with the word delete. A request to unsubscribe stops all future contact immediately; a request to delete removes the record itself.

If you are a professional whose application we reviewed, deleting your details also removes any published profile — ask, and it comes down.
