Sister business
Crown Water Global
Crown Water Global is our sister business — a separate operation under the same ownership, focused on water rather than research. It coordinates water supply arrangements: bottled water, bulk potable water and tanker deliveries for construction sites, events and households, working through qualified independent delivery providers rather than owning the trucks itself. It is a real, operating business with its own website, its own terms and its own service areas, and its pricing and availability depend on the provider, the volume, the location and the site's access.
We link to it because it is genuinely part of what the family of businesses does — not as an endorsement of any particular outcome. If you need water delivered, deal with Crown Water Global directly; LXVentures does not arrange deliveries and takes no part in those orders.

How the two fit together
- LXVentures — research, mapping and education. Reports, land education, water and energy context from public records.
- Crown Water Global — water supply coordination and delivery arrangements, with its own ordering and quote process.
Neither business is a utility, a water producer, a carrier, an engineering firm or a licensed professional service. Anything requiring a licence is referred to someone who holds one.
Capability areas
Where the same method applies
Four areas, described as plainly as we can. Custom and portfolio work is quoted individually — ask us about the specific question you need answered rather than a package.
Land research & screening
The same public-data method used in our reports, applied to a portfolio or a corridor: parcel and land-use context, flood and access screening, growth patterns, and a written summary of what can and cannot be verified from public records.
Water research & coordination
Water service context for a site — municipal service areas, groundwater conservation district boundaries, well and water-supply considerations — plus coordination with the water providers and delivery businesses that do the physical work.
Energy context
Desk research into how energy infrastructure shapes a site: transmission and distribution corridors, existing energy-related land uses in the area, and the questions a landowner should ask before assuming a site can be powered the way they intend.
GIS & mapping
Assembling public spatial data into maps a non-specialist can read: parcel context, flood and drainage layers, road and utility networks, and the same labeled-evidence approach we use in reports. Maps are screening tools, not surveys.
What this page deliberately does not say
It does not list clients, past projects, acreage handled or results, because we have not evidenced those claims to you and a website is the wrong place to make them up. If you want to test the method before hiring us for a larger engagement, buy a report on one property and judge the work on its sources.
